These two forms of financing - which apply for a term from 12 months - make it possible for you to drive a commercial vehicle for a fixed amount in the month. The difference between Financing and Leasing

You choose Financial Lease if you want to be the economic owner of the commercial vehicle. As a result, you enjoy tax advantages. With this lease form, you are still responsible for many things, such as financing, insurance, taxes and maintenance. At Financial Lease, your commercial vehicle requires time and attention from you. When a Financial Lease contract expires, the commercial vehicle is yours, usually against payment of a final term.

You choose Operational Lease (Leasing) when you want to be unburdened as much as possible. No hassle. With Operational Lease you have a commercial vehicle that is not yours, but that you can fully dispose of. In this way you do not have to deal with the matters that belong to insuring and maintaining a vehicle. Derks Vans is responsible for this. At Operational Lease you can focus on your business. At the end of the lease term, you return the commercial vehicle.

A Financial Lease contract can be entered into for all brands and types of commercial vehicles. Both new and used. You determine the term (12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months) and mileage. You can opt for a deposit and final term. This reduces the monthly term. The monthly amount is the repayment and interest for the financed part of the commercial vehicle.

Commercial vehicle Leasing

An Operational Lease contract can be entered into for all brands and types of commercial vehicles. Both new and used. You determine the term (12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months) and annual mileage. In consultation with Derks Vans you will agree on a down payment and possibly a purchase option. The monthly amount is then made up of costs for: depreciation of the commercial vehicle, interest, motor vehicle tax, insurance and maintenance.
